Andrea Learns to Breathe

In my Learning to Swim post, I wrote about Andrea being able to swim but only as far as she can hold her breath. Since then Geoff and I have tried in vain to get her to lift her head up to breath. So, in the end, we had to leave it once again to Grandpa Lee.

Grandpa and Grandma Lee came towards the end of September just when Andrea had the Hand-Foot-Mouth disease. But, as soon as she recovers, they hit the pool. And.....within 2 lessons - well, actually one as the first one is more like a "warm up to Grandpa" lesson - she can breathe!!! I am so proud of her!
