Another Parent-Teacher Conference

Last Friday was another parent-teacher conference at Andrea's school. If you recall, my last post on this subject was not a happy one.

Since that meeting, Andrea has made tremendous progress. Nothing to do with us. In the last couple of months, Andrea's verbal skills, especially her English has made great progress, I think from talking with Tasha. She would say things like:
"It's too noisy, I cannot CONCENTRATE." or
"The big one has DISAPPEARED." Wow!

I have also been working on her Chinese. She can recognised about 10 words now and is more willing to say simple phase like: "Pu ke yi" or "Pu yau".

Overall, she has also been a happier child. Laughing more and is more sociable.

So, not surprisingly, the teachers are happy with her recent development. And I am now a happier mum.

What school is Andrea in now? Sorry, long time no hear. Will try to stay in touch more often.
