Rewards

To reward Tasha (i) for doing well in her swimming class (she got “promoted” from level 2 to level 4 coz her teacher said she swam beautifully) and (ii) for her bravery (going for acupuncture), after the Transportation Day on Wednesday, I took Tasha out for some mummy and Tasha activities.

First stop, massage at my usual joint. They don’t usually take little clients but my masseur, Rosa, had kindly agreed to take her on. So, I sent her to Rosa while I had my facial. She was shy at first but didn’t take her long to start chatting away. She got more info out of Rosa in one session than I did in months!

Next we went to a new place by the escalator for manicure and pedicure. She took forever to choose her nail colour. Pink, oh may be purple, oh how about the shinny one. In the end she had something that is both glitzy and pink! Lucky for her, her school (being an international school) is not too strict about these things and she was able to show off her new nails in school.
