Day 7 - Louve and Pompidu

The girls are not really into art (yet), especially historical art, so we decided not to go into the Louve this time. I am very sure this will not be the last time they will be visiting Paris. However, having said that the girls were keen to see the Louve, so we visited the architecture instead – both out and in (well, as far as we could go).

Next, we visited the Pompidu centre. It was much older now and not as vibrant as I remembered.

Following that we window shopped in the Marais district which is full of trendy and unique shops before stopping at Le Loir Dans La Theiere for tea. This place is just so “university” like, mishmash of furniture and the walls are all covered with posters. Certainly a different feel. The cakes were yummy though.
